You can now buy signed copies of my novel 'A Beginner's Guide to Dying in India' direct through the official website (link above). It's been called hilarious, poignant, strange, enthralling and everything in between by various critics and such. However, it features neither glittery vampires nor inept cryptologists so it'll probably never be made into a movie.

I say yes Josh! Yes, they are all furious, salivating bargain hunters. It's terrifying! Thanks for your quirky, ginch-esq take on the whole xmas shopping saga. Much enjoyed! BTW I've nominated you as a versatile blogger - anyone who can use the words 'kafkaesque nightmare' and 'horrendously anthropomorphised poodle' in the same post surely deserves such a title.

Joshua Donellan

Oh thanks, I hadn't heard of the versatile blogger award thing before. But I like being nominated for things. Unless it's a Razzie or something of course.
